The Roa Blend is a family-run business built alongside his daughter and business partner, Fatima Roa. Together, they bring a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and thoughtful growth to every batch.
Beyond granola, Chef Antonio Roa offers catering, private chef services, and custom menus inspired by French, Italian, American, and modern gastronomy. Each experience is personal, elevated, and crafted with the same care that defines The Roa Blend.
